Ingredients:
Vegetables:
- Peppers (any kind)
- Cucumber
- Tomatoes
- Corn
Extras:
- Rice-shaped pasta
- Mayonnaise or natural yoghurt
- Spices
We start with rice-shaped pasta.
Method of preparation: for every 100 g of the pasta boil 2 liters of salted water, add pasta, and cook 9 minutes. Then rinse the pasta in cold water and drain it.
Slice the cucumber.
Strain the Corn.
Wash and chop the tomatoes.
Wash and cut the peppers.
Prepare mayonnaise / yoghurt.
As a result we get: cooked rice-shaped pasta, green pepper, diced cucumbers and tomatoes, and prepared mayonnaise / yoghurt.
Put the ingredients together.
Spice.
Mix.
Add the mayo / yoghurt.
